SHIPPING POLICIES
All orders have a 2-3 business day processing time (excluding weekends and holidays) and take 3-5 business day for shipping.
PLEASE order a week in advance if you need your hair for a specific date or deadline. Your order can ship out as early as the next 72 hours or up to 5 BUSINESS days from date of purchase.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are available to customers within 3 days of product delivery. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:
• Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
• Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
• Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If the listed conditions are not met, She’s Beauty reserves the right to refuse a refund.
